EDITOR SERVICE


Michael, owner and operator of M Presents Publishing, is offering Editor services to those writers who aren't being published by M Presents.

  • Line Editing: Going through the piece line by line to check spelling, grammar, and structural consistency; suggested edits will be in the text (this is in-depth and will take the longest)
  • Copy Editing: Overall check of the manuscript with a report on the theme and any inconsistencies that readers might notice (usually done after another editor has already gone through it at the line editing level)
  • Typesetting: The final editing service, the layout of the manuscript into a publishable design for submission to publishers (no physical edits at this point, should be done AFTER editing is complete)
$35.00/hour
$50 non-refundable downpayment to review the first 1,000 words or first 3 chapters (whichever is longer) that will be applied toward the final price; includes sample edit

Blast from the past

 Common wisdom says that you should never Google yourself, and so I usually don't. However, I did just that to see WHAT would come up (good or bad)when someone Googles me.
